The "Power 50 Under 40" presented by Walmart, organized by The U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., is a prestigious recognition that honors the accomplishments of dynamic young Black professionals, innovators, leaders, disruptors, and business visionaries.

These individuals are not only excelling in their specific domains but are also actively shaping their industries. This initiative serves as a vital platform designed to spotlight the emerging cadre of Black leaders, providing inspiration for others to follow in their footsteps.

Furthermore, it fosters a robust community of like-minded individuals, dedicated to promoting excellence, embracing diversity, and nurturing a vibrant cultural landscape.

Jesseca "Judy" Harris-Dupart, a New Orleans native, defies CEO norms as the visionary behind Kaleidoscope Hair Products, a non-profit owner, and a social media influencer with 2 million followers. She also shines as the star and executive producer of WETV's "Brat Loves Judy."

Beyond her impressive career, she balances roles as a wife, mother, real estate investor, mentor, teacher, author, and a speaker of life's truths.

In 2013, she founded Kaleidoscope Hair Studio, rapidly achieving success. Overcoming adversity, Judy's resilience and faith led to the triumphant rebirth of her salon in 2014, bigger and smarter.

Her groundbreaking marketing strategies, exemplified by viral campaigns like "Edge Police," catapulted the success of Kaleidoscope Hair Products. Judy continued styling until 2017 when she saw her first million dollars, retiring to focus on her boundless creativity.

Judy's commitment to community is evident through KaleidoKares, which broke Guinness World Records with a massive toy giveaway in 2018. Today, her products are available in major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Sally Beauty, and her vision continues to expand as she empowers others on their life journeys.

As Jesseca’s vision continues to grow so does Kaleidoscope. Her goal with Kaleidoscope is to continue to grow and expand the brand and the ways in which she uses God’s gifts to help others on their health growth journey and in life period.
